Master plan enhances the sports activities which occupy 50% of the site by creating complementing spaces around these activities and proposing pedestrian movement between these sporting activities in an affable manner. The master plan is a geometry created to divide the administrative and non administrative areas with the sporting activities used as a buffer, to allow easy access and control from both these zones.
The rustic character of the spirit is carried to the Architectural language by proposing the buildings in exposed bricks and allowing volume to be created in common and transit spaces. The institute does symbolize disciplined movement through its sharp edges.
